11/01/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with rainwater pooling/flooding the 500 Blk N 8th Street curbline has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020871311) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
