Yes, this is definitely a problem. There is no way to see what is coming from the left. One block away the same thing was going on a year ago and it was turned into an all way stop (which is 3way since there is a one way street) It took a while to get that to happen. This issue also needs an all way stop also. It is a dangerous intersection caused by construction approved by the city. Please don't make it take as long to deal with this intersection.

A letter has been sent to the property owner to remove the obstruction.
