People who designed this intersection need to drive through hourly and experience the light issues themselves.

We will look into what may be causing the light not to cycle properly.

We went out this intersection and investigated; could you specify what time of day the problem is most prevalent?

Happens always on Saturdays between 9-10:30 am ET. Can see it getting back up while eating breakfast, not sure if cars are not stopping at the right line or most of the time they stop in the middle of the crosswalk.
