It almost seems like the City leaders are encouraging these encampments. People who want help do not live and act this. Please remove them from the park. They need some community service put them on litter, poop and syringe clean up. What ever happened to needle exchange instead of the current needle give away program which endangers all the rest us.

This is outrageous. Do the kids in Oakland not matter? This needs to be cleaned up ASAP, no excuses. Why isn't there a needle exchange, instead of this throwing the needles wherever they please. This has got to stop
