A Toyota SUV (looks like a jeep), blue faded paint has been parked here just shy of two weeks. Is it stolen? Deserted or just using us as a parking lot. Sole with neighbor's on our cul de sac block and no one seems to know who owns it. LICENSE (buried in weeds cuz over parked on sidewalk) 2YDT204
