On the corner of Market St. & 3rd there is a sewer grate missing. The city came months ago a placed a board over the hole, safety barricade, and sandbag. Since then the sandbag is broken. The board is stolen and the barricade is laying on it's side. Leaving the hole open again. This is really a hazard!!!
