The old power plant on the Haxall Canal across from Casa del Barco has several lights out. Especially noticeable are the upward lights on the right (west) end of the building. Also, the accent lights on the ceiling structure inside the power plant walls (above the canal walk where the street art is) are out in places also. Thanls!
