We as a city and a historic neighborhood are under attack from Thug grafitti bandits and wannabe Artists. Its absolutely disgusting to hear that the City coffers are so broke that they cant remove this blight. We pay ASTRONOMICAL Real Estate taxes to live here and deserve better. If I catch one of these bastards in the middle of the night I promise a baseball bat to the face and a call to Richmond 911. Tatoo yurselves! Not homes, businesses, and Churches.
