Report forwarded to the city of St. Petersburg

Because the city of st pete is cutting hours to part time for many depts that preform "labor" work, blame the city for not having extra funds in the budget for "obamacare" thats why many city workers who would fix this issue with sidewalks are being replaced with day laborers who dont take pride in working for the city, they just want to earn their daily beer&drug money while city employees families are living below poverty and qualify for welfare. Thanks mayor bill foster!!! Why dont you take a major pay/hour cut and try to support a family of 4 on 9.33 an hr when the city cut your hours to 29 a week. You'll be using a ebt card real quick. So much for employee moral and being proud to work for the city of st pete.

The word is "perform", cities have little to nothing to do, financially, with the PPACA, the city doesn't farm out *any* work to day labor, so far as I know.

And it's "morale".

Also "education".

Sorry about the typos but unless you work for the city then i guess you dont know but yes they do hire "day laborers" they sub contract them because its cheaper to have them working instead of fulltime employee's which they have to begin to pay health insurance for under up coming obama care, so know what your talking about. The city does not have to do the work, just require the property owners to do so.
