Cars mostly from Rensselaer County office of the aging meals on wheels continue to block alley access and egress points of buildings in this alley. Also there is a private garage in this alley that is usually inaccessible due to cars blocking it. I understand this is a great service they provide but at the expense of my tenants and my tires having to drive over the curbs and trash to gain access.
