Mayor Libby and Ms. McElhaney needs to crack down and not be scared of the over privileged rich hippies that tend to be pro-homeless. This homeless need to set camp near the rich hippies and maybe they will stop condoning unsanitary behaviors.

Seriously, the city needs a plan to deal with its homeless population, from what I can tell the only current plan amounts to: (1) do nothing for months until the sidewalks are rendered useless to everyone but the the people camped there, (2) finally get around to moving the encampment, (3) wait til another encampment pops in the same place or nearby, (4) repeat steps 1-3.

I even e-mailed Libby Schaf and Stabley Roberts. The location smells like feces.

Stanley Roberts is a start. This mayor and Ms McElhaney need to do something or quit, be arrested for allowing illegal activities, for not enforcing city laws, for doing Nada
