Is somebody coming out soon to fix this INSANE traffic signal mess? A 5-way stop (where Market crossed Adeline) , with 13 lanes of traffic paralyzed because signals out since yesterday (Wed) when P. G. & E. we're tinkering with power in the neighborhood, "testing equipment" . Please someone come out & restore traffic lights
