206 Grandview NW. Anyone can see 3rd is smooth as it crosses Grandview. Look at the potholes on 2nd where it intersects Grandview. Also the house you see in the pic is on the SE corner of that intersection. The house you have reported is on the NE corner of 2nd and Grandview!

Would be better to apologize to the family at 302 Grandview. Your error almost got them cited!

No one gets "cited" because of a statement made on this page. Issues reported on this site get the attention of the proper city department who then go out to see if the claim is in fact real and if so who has to take care of it, the city or the property owner, etc. If it is the property owner, the city mails or hand delivers a notice to correct whatever is wrong in a certain number of days. Only after that, if the problem isn't corrected, is the property owner "cited". Plus, after checking, while not as bad as 2nd & Grandview 3rd & Grandview needs some work as well.

Correction SIR! They did get cited. But after I clarified with city official on scene,
he pulled and withdrew citation. Witness!

And if you think those intersections are so bad, check out 300 Whipple on the NE corner of Whipple and 3rd. Weeds along fence, oil from vehicle on recently paved road (3rd NW). I pass by this everyday to and from work. Now which is more of an eyesore SIR!

Then report those as well.

On 8/3/16 I was going to cite the property owner at 302 Grandview for some minor violations when it was made clear to me that the address in question was actually 206 Grandview. The owner of 302 gave me their word they would correct the minor issues. The owner of 206 Grandview was cited for a 7day grass order. They also assured me it would be taken care of within the 7 day period. CV
