It's a political fiasco that our city, the capital of this state, does little to nothing to enforce building codes and keep our neighborhoods looking right and protecting the environment. That so called shopping center has been an eye sore for decades. Crank down and fine the landlord until they either fix, clean it up or sell to someone who will.
