Odalys - they are looking for excuses to not show up and perform. Much of the City (at least where Real Estate VPS are not patrolling) look like a City dump rather than the boomtown they would like to claim is happening here. Most suggest that we give up. The only way to get action is to go ballistic at the Mayors office and organize media exposure as leverage. Forget about SCF - the City has stated they "are not fans"
I also believe this is City property? Years ago there were homes there and they had to move by eminent domain. They never did anything and a few new homes were built on Bernhardt, the rest a dumping ground. It smells horrible over there. I used to live over there.
