I reported this, and the one at Fauquier and Laburnum, as well as the one at Brook and Brookland Parkway, and Chamberlayne and Brookland Parkway, for the EXACT SAME ISSUE not once, but eight or nine times over a year. Claims that the "computer system shows them working properly" is the only response, if any, that I've ever received. Clearly, there's still a problem. Sitting an engineer at those intersections to observe the back-ups must be too much common sense to expect.
