On Rowanberry Dr., Elkridge, from Montgomery Rd. at address 5700, down to the first townhouse development, overgrown brush has intruded upon the sidewalk at various points, and at one location for about 10 feet, the brush has rendered the sidewalk completely impassable to pedestrian traffic, obscuring both a no-parking sign and a utility box.
