Sharraxaadda

Ever since Walnut was repaved a month or two back, the Southeast corner of 8th and Walnut floods during every rain -- there appears to be no drainage, and the lake that forms is too wide for even a nimble pedestrian to jump across. (This is especially bad because the SE corner is already partially closed and thus hard to navigate.) Can this be regraded, or the drain unblocked, or whatever needs doing to allow this water to drain off?
