7th St going out of downtown Richmond, between DuVal & Jackson, there are ruts in the road before stop light at Duval...over the past 4 months they have increased in size & depth, to become a ripple effect beating up the under carriage of the automobile. Respond to me by email as to the intentions of the City to repair. Thanks
