Vehicle consistently parks in block with zone one only parking without getting DC tags. Takes away from residental parking for residents that have paid for zone one parking. They have been here since May and still refuse DC tags. Have received numerous tickets but still park in zone one residental parking. Please continue to ticket and tow until they get DC tags.
