Pile of items on a big blue plastic pallet, blocking half the sidewalk for over a week. The street is a very busy pedestrian way, just one block off of College Ave. The residents of 340 put it out there and have left it with a note "free" on the stack. It's long past time for the residents to pick up their unwanted stuff.
