On Manhatten drive at the end of Spring St there is a house that has a stuffed inside couch and chair on the front porch and people sit outside on the porch drinking. The front of the house is full of littler as well as the side yard which is filled with trash. A lot of traffic goes by this place everyday. What a poor sight .I don't carry a camera with me but these violations are easy to see.
