This area was never cleaned up. Used condoms, syringes, other hazardous items flood this area.

For all dangerous or hazardous issue please contact the call center. PWD employees will not clean up hazardous waste of any kind. They may why it was closed. Also there a chance of the dumped junk being thrown or tossed on to traffic below.
