I am posting this again because my prior complaint was marked closed after ONE ticket was issued. Private cars and taxis CONSTANTLY park on 22nd street NW outside of the Ritz Carlton during rush hour despite no parking signs. As a result, this three lane road becomes a one made road. Please enforce the signs and ask the Ritz to use their huge driveway for taxis!
