I went next door to 470 Mondale street to get a better pix of the downed tree. It is posing a fire hazard to the homes. I don't know why it was recategorized. It's a downed tree...not a dumped tree.

Thank you for your comments. The property in question is owned by the developer and considered private property. Code Enforcement has opened a case and acknowledged the issue. For reference, the case number is CE16-1400.

I appreciate the response. I thought you forgot about it. With the wet weather, my concern that it will come loose and come down and do damage. Anyway, I thought the city of Corona owned the land. I don't know if there is an HOA. I don't believe so. Have you checked with the City of Corona? Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I am not sure why it was re categorized to Code Enforcement. I don't think the tree was dumped there. Can it be re categorized again back to Other and have Maintenance just go cut it up and remove it?
