Is there anything that can happen to change this. The merging traffic is one thing. Trying to go straight onto Grand is quite difficult. You have cars flying through there and it is uneasy. Thanks

We will look at the intersection to make sure the visibility isn't restricted and review the accident data and traffic volumes to see if a signal may be warranted. If you feel that it is difficult to cross the intersection, you could consider using Washington, which already has a signal, and then using Hillsdale or another east-west street to access Grand Avenue.

Agreed. I'd add that while stopped at the intersection to go North... even though I'm looking only to my right for traffic at the intersection they are coming up a slight incline. It is my opinion that the incline reduces my ability to determine if a car is in their far-right lane to turn right or in the two other lanes coming off the expressway.
With the exit from the expressway only yards away I'd have to say this is the one intersection that I pay the most attention to as it's so hard to gauge.
AndreaH2OS has hit onto something that does need attention and consideration for redesign.
