You are correct but this is on the opposite side of the Caltrans responsibility area along MacArthur. This is the residential side and it is city responsibility and the property owners where the fence is broken

Debbie you need to resubmit your SCF issue with a MacArthur Ave street number. The location on the map shows it is on Caltrans property only.

This stretch of MacArthur has gotten horrible this year with constant dumping and big trucks and RVs parked continuously. What's a long term fix for this area? Should there be regular no parking--street sweeping signs? Intermittent video surveillance? Adjacent vacant lot needs to trim its weeds and fix their fence. Has public works notified property owner? Can public works post "No Dumping" signs with camera surveillance icon? I bike and walk this area regularly and it is not very pleasant or safe. Do we need to do neighborhood group action of some sort?
