Q. Why is this a concern?
A. This sign says no parking from 7-9 am, but there is no traffic on Pierce in the morning. A "No Parking" sign from 4-6 PM is needed on this block of Pierce between Main and Fannin. There is a high volume of traffic on the block in the evening. Cars are parked here every evening and they really backup traffic. It already says no parking in the evening on the other blocks of Pierce.
