Opis

Construction fencing is blocking the brand new bike lane (not even fully striped yet) on southbound Madison St between 4th and 3rd Streets. Please have the fencing moved so that the remainder of the bike lane can be striped, and keep the bike lane open and clear afterwards. Also, the construction fencing is blocking the sidewalk on the west side of 4th Street north of Madison, but there is no appropriate alternative as the other side of the street is angled parking with no sidewalk. As such please make sure that a pedestrian pathway is provided on at least one side of the street here, so people aren't forced to walk in the street with car traffic.
