Sharraxaadda

I get harassed on a daily basis since I have to pass through everyday to get to work and come home from work. It's unsafe and completely unsanitary. They should be moved to a location better fit for them to live. The underpass is not the place. It is unfair to pedestrians and those who live right next to it.
