Well thanks for that insight. But that does not fix the problem that the Tooele Valley is one of the fastest growing areas in the state, this issue needs to be addressed for all of the citizens of this area not just for me.

This is still in the top 5 worst drives to make in Utah, with the 1 lane closed for the past week it has caused not only accidents but Friday was 55 mins from 5600 West to Stansbury Park, this morning was one Hour and 20 mins to go 26 miles from Stansbury Park to Bangerter Highway and I80. Why is construction not during peak driving times? Our taxes need to be used to fix the problem now, We do not have a train to take, there is not another route and only 2 bus routes, what do you expect the thousands of people to do? It is the fastest growing area in the state 4 years rolling now. Instead of doing the non emergency road work spend the money on actually helping people and build another route on the side of the mountain. Do something, anything, but this does not work.
