Thanks for the post. We regularly issue citations at this location and will continue doing so as we find vehicles in violation. Our parking enforcement staff is comprised of 16 officers, but at any given time only 7-10 are on duty during the busiest hours of the day covering the entire city. In the evening we frequently have as few as 3 officers scheduled. With this in mind, we ask that you constructively work with us to address your concerns. If you call our office directly at (203)946-8075 as this issue is occurring we will be able to send an officer as soon as possible. Outside of that, we will instruct our officers to continue to monitor this location to the best of our ability.
