Description

1501 34th Street - the closed/fenced 34th St. Market building, at sidewalk along Helen Street frontage (SW corner of Helen & 34th St. intersection). Dumped refrigerator, 2 paint cans tucked behind freestanding electrical cabinet, other trash on Helen St. sidewalk and planter strip. This trash has been here for over a month. See attached photo taken the morning of 12/14/2016.
