Do we know what the response time for the contractor is supposed to be, based on their contract? Could someone call the Borough's PECO contact to see if there is any way the contractor's performance can be improved? Would they want us to communicate with them in another way? Can we be told when the lights are fixed and if they weren't fixed, why? Maybe a spreadsheet could be developed and shared?
