Tenant residing on 1700 40th Ave illegally dumping items throughout neighborhood. Tenant and two other men seen last night filling up other residents trash bins. Dumpers we're confronted and they dumped appliances and carts full of trash throughout the neighborhood. This is not the first report. This matter needs immediate attention.
