The bins in this photo have been left out for over a week and are the responsibility of Pike International. They were initially left in the middle of the sidewalk but were moved by a local vendor. This issue has been on going and occurs almost weekly. This is such an eyesore as well as a hazard as they were left out during the snow storm leaving very little room for people to navigate the sidewalk. Pike has been warned about this on countless occasions. Just another way in which Pike shows complete lack of courtesy and care where our city and it's people are concerned.
