The Clean Air Council has taken note of the location of this idling vehicle. We are gathering data to identify idling hot spots, so please make sure to write again if you see a vehicle idling at this location.
The Council will address the issue by alerting Philadelphia's Air Management Services, the Philadelphia Parking Authority, and the Police Department. We will also send a letter to the company.
