Description

Pedestrian signal for Park Blvd crossing Newton does not give a "hot" walk light when crossing button is pressed after the Park Blvd light goes green for car traffic, even when no traffic is waiting on Newton. Please either have the pedestrian light for Park Blvd crossing Newton default to walk until Newton has a green, or at least set it as a "hot" walk light so pedestrians don't have to wait for no reason.
