I agree with the complaint. They are very loud not only in their yard but guests walking to and from their cars yelling and laughing with each or arguing about leaving. It is very common situation.

The next time you have a noise complaint, please call the Police Department. If they are students, you may also want to notice the Maritime Academy. If their renting off campus they probably won't be able to do anything directly, but it never hurts to let them know.

To add to this. I left a message with the Watch Commander, he gave me info I'd like to share. So to my neighbors who are affected by the rowdy parties, we can call the non-emergency line, 707-552-3285. VPD will come and whoever makes the call has to sign off and those tenants will be handed a citation. Also, I spoke with the landlord yesterday, and they we're not aware this has been going on, they know now. I'll follow up with them tomorrow. Lori, thank you for agreeing with the complaint. My family and I honestly thought we're the only ones annoyed by the parties.
