Homeless people regularly beg at this intersection, often leaving their trash and belongings. First, I request that the City cleans the roadside of debris and litter that were left. Second, and more importantly, I hope that the City monitors this area and tries to connect to the homeless individuals that regularly come here. I think receiving resources and helping people get off the streets will reduce multiple civic issues at once.
