This issue can be closed. I reached First Student and advised them of the issue. I also aw the driver - who is a resident on this street come out of their home and move the bus. First Student will advise the driver of bus 963 not to park there illegally again. I would have concern for my child on a bus where the driver does not adhere to the traffic laws. I will post and call First Student again if this issue reoccurs.
