This is a safety & health issue. The mess from this encampment is spreading. Sidewalk is blocked, and you need to walk in the street to get around the encampment. Stench of urine is in the air as well. The encampment needs to be removed.

Does it prevent anyone from passing in a wheelchair? If so it may be a violation of the ADA. Not sure if you can sue the city but you might investigate.

This issue is getting worse by the day. First it was one camp, now it's 3 here.
