Description

The locked gate leading to the freeway from the Tompkins cup-de-sac is missing 2 steel bars. Because of this many illegal activities happen here. I constantly see strangers, transients, prostitute, drug user walking down my street and using this gate to access the area along the freeway. This week a stolen truck that was being chase ended up on this street. To escape police he jumped out the truck and escaped through these gates. This gate opening is known by criminals and I have a fear the safety of family. One day this will end bad if not handle quickly. Please have this fix immediately.
