This vehicle was reported on this app Jan 26th. Was never acknowledged for twelve days. Opened this one, action was taken. Now this vehicle has just moved to the right side of the street. Can an explanation be given as to why this vehicle wasn't red tagged and towed according to city ordinance?

My friends car was towed because he didnt move it for three days when it was parked in front of his house.
