Description
People keep coming down Pine Street the wrong way from Downing or Front. It's been happening more now that it's nicer. One car nearly collided with a school bus on 4/12/10. Police presence is needed in this area so that no one gets killed.

What does success look like and can we afford it? We can not afford police presence at every corner 24/7. How about if we try what has already worked in other countries? How about neighborhood streets that are all two way, parking on both sides with cars parking in direction, minimal signage and traffic lights?
Neighborhoods are for people not for cars. If driving is less convenient we win: health, decrease cost because there is are less signs and lights to take care of, less dependence on oil, increased neighborhood safety, increased sense of community.
We have a professional done study on what could be done in our neighborhood, think about?
