Description

The curb in front of our house is broken in several places. It initially was cracked by a snow truck a few years ago but now it's come apart in several pieces. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The curb and gutter adjacent to your property has recently been evaluated and is now slated for replacement. The curb and gutter replacement program currently suffers an extensive backlog and repairs are generally completed in the order in which they are received.

Christopher C. Yes their initial response is fast but please read the fine print that the city has a HUGE back log of repair orders and you might hear again in 12/2022. Yes 5 years after your initial request. Keep paying those taxes.
