I reported this problem before, and a reply said it was fixed, but it is not. The library's overflow parking lot, across Belle from the library is very dark at night because at least one light and maybe two are not working. Given that this is barely two blocks from the spot where a homeless woman was murdered on Main St, this is a significant safety issue. Please repair the parking lot lights.
