Beschreibung

The people living in this house have a general disregard for the people living around them. They have been playing loud music for the past two days. I can hear it in every room of my house, it's heavy bass and the vibrations are in every room. I wish they would be ticketed because they seem to be repeat offenders of every possible thing until they are ticketed.
