How long will it take to get someone out to fix this light? We pay a lot of money in taxes to the Township. When issues are brought to the Townships attention they should address these problems in a timely manner.

Thank you but I was home all day and no one ever came out. I do look forward to this issue being addressed ASAP, and finding out what the problem was.

I was told someone was going to be out the other day but I am still waiting for someone to come look at the lamp post. Can someone please give me an update at what is going on this light needs fixed as soon as possible!

I apologize as our electrician got pulled away that day, but he went and checked the light this morning. He tested the base and determined it is an underground issue. We will have to reach out to a third party and have them determine the actual cause of the light outage. I apologize for the inconvenience. Eversource came back out today and fixed all of the underground wiring but the light still does not turn on. I think there is something wrong with a component on the lamppost itself and the streetlight division needs to check it out again. It may be that the device that tells the lamppost when it is dark and when it is light might be malfunctioning. Please have someone check this again ASAP and thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, Eversource was not able to fix the light as they determined that day that the underground wiring is the issue. Our electrician is looking into this to get this moving along. I was wondering if there has been an update from your electrification? It has been two weeks since Eversource was out and months since this was reported. I really would appreciate for this to be resolved soon.

I have called several times and they say this issue is being looked at and will call me back. It has been weeks and still no returned calls with an update to my question about this problem. Can someone please let me know when this might be addressed?
