At what point to correct the issue with the homeowner? This has been a documented problem for months with dozens of code violations reported.

This seems to be a never ending story............a true action needed.

This is an all day event. unfortunate that the city code enforcement officials are unavailable into the evening.

The front lawn continues to function as a parking lot.

Friday morning and the issue has not been addressed.

This business is drastically changing the nature of the neighborhood. Giant parking lot and constant traffic. Some drive like this is a demolition derby. The Mayor should do something about that!

Several pieces of old furniture, garbage (including perishable) are stored in front of this house for last several days. Garbage is on the ground, garbage bin's lids are open; all of this attracts rodents, rats are running around immediate area. Wind is blowing pieces of garbage onto the neighbors properties. Multiple cars are parked on the driveway and on the front lawn of this house again. Constant traffic, careless driving, noise, inappropriate language comes from this house. Neighbors, including kids,   are exposed to all this nonsense. This property turned into a doss-house. It should be stopped.

The owner of this property assured all residents in the neighborhood that the property would be kept up, and there would be no violations of any codes. If you would like his name, I still have his business card, and you can call him directly. This was the promise he made to all residents at a meeting he held at the property when it was being renovated, and disclosed it would be a home for troubled teens.

8;04 pm 03/19/2017 Ten cars parked on the lawn and driveway, overflowing garbage bins and loose trash next to them. Constant traffic in and out of the property! What place is this?

Numerous cars are parked on the driveway and lawn again, it is happening day... after day.... after day...Noise! Constant traffic! Careless driving! Storage of garbage in the front of the house! All of this has a negative impact on all neighborhood.
This type of business should not be allowed in the residential area.

March 23, around 7 pm. There are multiple cars parked on the lawn; cars are different but the issue is the same. Endless traffic, noise, speeding, careless driving.........garbage in front of the house........traffic 24 hours a day...... When it is going to be stopped by the city? Is it a dormitory, or cheap motel, or ...... something else..? This type of the business should not be aloud in residential area.

March 25, numerous cars are parked on the lawn again! This issue has been documented for months.

Everyone living in the neighborhood is trying to do the right thing by reporting it to the proper authorities. It appears either the residents or the authorities are not doing anything to improve the situation. This is something to keep in mind when November comes around, and local politicians start bragging on what they have done for the county and wanting re-election.

Saturday evening, 04/01/17. This continues for another evening

2900 68th Avenue South now became a transient party haven. Multiple cars are parked on the driveway and on the lawn.... traffic..... noise.....inappropriate language......Neighbors suddenly find themselves living next door to a rotation of noisy strangers. There are many children on this block. Neighbors shouldn't have to worry that every day there are new strangers in our midst. This is such a troubling situation!
Also, pieces of old furniture are still stored in front of this house, loose garbage is on the ground, blue bin for recycling items is used for storing of perishable garbage, garbage bin's lids are open; this has been attracting rats.

Right now 15 cars are parked in the front of the house, on the lawn, and on the street. It has become everyday event. Noisy youth and heavy traffic. It must be a public housing place. Disturbing everyone's peace !

Based on your reports this case was reopened after being closed and weekend/after hour inspections have been scheduled. The Codes Department has also reached out to the Property Owner to inform them there is an active investigation and violations will result in citations to hopefully help alleviate the problem.

Yard parking. The car is parked on grass again. While taking this picture, the reporter was confronted and insulted by this car driver. The car driver followed the reporter to the reporter's property continuing insulting the reporter. The reporter had to call SPPD.

A for-profit convicted juvenile home attracts the best to the community. Code compliance and repsect for the community go hand in hand...

This has become a habitual problem for the last several months...Usually, 8-10 cars parked on the street and yard repeatedly breaks residential city codes. Please bring this to a stop! When does the homeowner become subject to fines for non-compliance? Is it not within the power of the city code compliance department to issue fines for repeated code violations?
